Lure making goes back to 1958, but in the early 1980's I began to use lightweight balsa wood and

experimenting with various designs and working tirelessly to achieve a superior dynamic action not

seen in factory made lures. The net result was lures that quickly earned a great reputation as

outstanding for both musky and big bass. The overwhelming response I have seen from serious

anglers over the past years has proven to me that I have achieved what I set out to do.


"SUPER ACTION SHINERS" are painstakingly made by hand and can be considered custom

made. Each lure is individually handmade, shaped, assembled, and finished to the highest

standard of quality using the best materials obtainable. Each is made with stainless steel through

wire construction, silver and gold foils, layered epoxy coatings, high grade lacquers,

polycarbonate (lexan) lips, and stainless split rings. 

Hooks are round bend from mustad or eagle claw.


Because these lures also appeal to collectors, every one is signed, then individually boxed,

and dated for the year it was made.

     PRICING FOR FISHING LURES


Model 101     $25.00

This is the original model and continues to be a great favorite with Musky anglers

and is a great lure for big bass.

Body length is 4". Hooks are 1 / 0 round bend.

Runs 3 to 4 feet on steady retrieve.


Model 102    $24.00

A smaller version of the popular 101. Body length is 3 - 1/2".

Hooks are size 2 round bend. 

Runs 3 to 4 feet on steady retrieve.


Model 103    $25.00

Similar to the 101 except it is a deeper[ running lure.

Body length is 4". Hooks are 1 / 0 round bend.

Runs 6 or 7 feet on steady retrieve.


Model 501    $28.00

This model has always appealed to those who like to fish a larger size lure.

Body length is 5 - 1/2".

Hooks are 1 / 0.

Runs 3 to 4 feet on steady retrieve.

Shad No. 1 - Silver sides with gold scale pattern on black back, black shoulder spot

Shad No. 3 - same as No. 1 except silver scale pattern on blue back

Carp - Gold sides with yellow belly, orange throat, brown back with gold scale
